Rago’s Oceanfront Retreat has 3 levels of ocean views, and is as close to the beach as is legally possible to build on the Long Beach, WA Peninsula.
The ground floor includes the laundry room, an ocean view bedroom with queen bed, as well as a two car garage.

Ocean View Master Bedroom: The master bedroom includes a brand new Serta pillow-top king bed with goose-down-alternative extra soft pillows. We have flannel sheets for winter and regular sheets for summer. The room is decorated with Pottery Barn sea grass headboard and side tables, plus armoire that nicely hides a 32” LCD HDTV and DVD player. Step outside to your private balcony with a fabulous view of the Pacific Ocean, Discovery Trail, the boardwalk and North Head lighthouse.
The master bedroom also includes a walk in closet with hamper, luggage rack, and His-and-Her 100% Turkish Cotton bathrobes.

Ocean View Master Bath: This is a full bathroom that includes a double sink cabinet, extra large shower with seating and of course, an ocean view! Hair dryer, soaps, shampoos are included. |

Third Floor Bedroom: This room includes two sets of birch wood bunk beds that sleep up to three people. Also included are: flannel sheets for winter and regular sheets for summer, a musical fish pattern, a small beanbag chair and, tucked away in the closet: games toys and kid books. This room has an east facing view of the hills, dune grass, and residential beach homes. |

Second Floor Kitchen: Enjoy cooking meals in this spacious kitchen with views of the ocean through dining room to the west, and views of the dunes, hills, and residential beach homes to the east. The kitchen is extra large, with tile counter tops, 2 barstools, and modern fixtures.
The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you will need to cook anything from a small breakfast to a holiday feast. For appliances you will find: new refrigerator, stove, microwave, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grider, French press and Belgium waffle-maker.
If you are a baker, the kitchen has: hand blender, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, muffin pans, blender, measuring cups and spoons.
In addition you can find in the kitchen: roasting pans, cookware, a new stainless steel knife set, tableware for 12, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, assorted teas, cocoas, creamers, and spices.

Ocean View Dining Room: The Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living room. The 8 person antique-white over-sized table actually seats up to 10. There are new Seagrass dining chairs and porcelain table settings. Enjoy family feasts, or quiet board games against the backdrop of Pacific Ocean and the “world’s longest beach”. In summer step outside on the balcony for summer barbeques.

Living Room with West and North Views: Adjacent to kitchen and dining room, the living room has new slipcover Pottery Barn sofa and Seagrass side chairs, coffee table and a brand new 46” LCD surround sound entertainment center, with cable TV and DVD. This room has west facing and north facing ocean and beach views. You can see for over 25 miles on a clear day. Extra DVDs, CDs, and books provided. |

First Floor Bedroom: Because Rago’s Oceanfront Retreat is built on a ridge, you have an ocean view from the ground level! Step outside your bedroom and you are nearly on the beach! This first floor bedroom includes a brand new Serta queen pillow-top bed with goose-down-alternative extra soft pillows and flannel sheets for winter, with regular sheets for summer. The room is decorated with Pottery Barn antique-white headboard and side tables. A portable crib can be found in the closet. Step outside and you are a few steps to the Pacific Ocean and Discovery Trail.
